Sony announced that they would releasing PlayStation Classic on December 3rd, 2018. It's been almost 25 years since the original PlayStation was released so they decided to make it smaller and preload 20 games on it. They haven't announced the whole list of games, but they're saying the following games will be preloaded:
It's going to come with 2 controllers, HDMI cables and a USB cable. The cost is $100 USD and $130 CAD. This is a pretty good price considering you get to play classic games.
If you have a PlayStation 4, you can actually already play PlayStation 2 games on it.

Update3: Masterwork Cores are being modified. Masterwork cores are used to upgrade armor and weapons in Destiny 2. The economy for them has been changing since the Forsaken expansion was released. At the Tangled Shore it was possible to use legendary shards (10 at first, and then 20, 30, and so on) to buy exactly 1 Masterwork Core, and usually you would need 10 Masterwork Cores to upgrade your gear (in some cases you would only need 5). Bungie is updating things because players have been complaining that Masterwork Cores are now too rare.
The changes are:
Update2: GameSpot has posted a review of Forsaken, in it they say:
The standout addition to the rotation is Gambit, a part-PvP, part-PvE mode that has you competing with an enemy team on mostly separate maps. Your main goal is to kill AI-controlled enemies, collect the motes they drop, and bank those motes to summon a final boss before the other team summons and kills theirs. Along the way, members from each team will have the opportunity to invade the other map and score PvP kills to screw with their opponents' progress. It's a creative combination of Destiny's various existing modes, and having to juggle both your side of the map and the other team's progress--and frantically trying to hide when an invader comes--makes for hectic matches that are consistently fun with or without friends, as well as a great way to level up regardless of your commitment.
Update! More of us, INCIDENT, knightedmoose and 7thOfSeptember have played the Forsaken Destiny 2 expansion! We all think it's pretty awesome, but some of us still make comparisons to Warframe.
condeneasty80 played the first story mission last night and it starts off strong; you, the Guardian, are helping to quell a prison riot in the Prison of Elders. You encounter a new type of Fallen, they're "undead" and have more annoying attacks than the Red Legion Gladiators!
There is also a new game mode: Gambit. In this mode you are killing wave after wave of enemies and trying to collect "motes". It's 4v4, where once in a while, you can send one of your team into the other team's arena to disrupt them. You can send over enemies to block them from collecting and turning in their motes too. It's a lot of fun. |
